About Us

Posted on March 6, 2017

It is our belief that in today’s society, athletic participation has decreased in grade schools and high schools due to financial cut backs.  One way to assist our schools and community is to develop Fundamental Educational Basketball Camps that focus on educating our youths.  Exposure to competitive sports encourages the development of Fitness, Motor, Social & Educational Skills and often a lifelong appreciation of competition.
January 25, 2013 Carl Hayes was one of the Honorees of the Men’s of Excellence Award sponsored by the Chicago Defender for his work in the community.  For the past five summers he held educational basketball camps.  The children had the opportunity to here from guest speakers in varies professions: Ms. Cullens from led torch factory, Athletic Director from Providence St. Mel High School, Police Officers from the 11th. District, Chicago Police Department Caps Unit, mentored on the importance of staying in school, out of gangs and off drugs. In addition to the guest speaks we have our own Board of Directors mentoring to the children:  Mr. Jerone Thompson, Assistance Principal at Jenson Academy Elementary School, on the Westside of Chicago; Mr. Darryl Jackson, an educator at Robert Emmett Elementary School and Coach Christopher Jenkins, Lead Skill Instructor and Athletic Trainer for Illinois AAU Basketball Travel Team.
We must continue to find positive alternatives for the youth in the city of Chicago to stay in school, out of gangs and off drugs.
Our company is based on the belief that “It takes a village to raise a child”
This is my mission!!!                 This is my life!!!
